## What TN.tax does

TN.tax asks the county assessor to lower the appraised value of a property, in the informal review. It works in Davidson County (Nashville), Williamson County and Hamilton County (Chattanooga), Tennessee.

- The review is free.
- If the value drops, the fee is 40% of the first year's saving on a home you live in, 30% on a rental or commercial property. If the value does not drop, the owner pays nothing.
- The average Nashville client who won in 2026 lowered their property tax by $809 a year.
- TN.tax does not file formal appeals or appear before a board of equalization.

## How the partner program works

- A sign-up counts for a year after someone clicks your link. If they clicked another partner's link first, it counts for that partner.
- You earn 25% of the fee the client pays. We pay you after the client pays us.
- See your clicks, sign-ups and earnings at https://tn.tax/dashboard/referrals.
- Real estate agents: we do not pay agents for referrals. Use https://tn.tax/agents instead.

### If your page already knows the reader's address

Add `?address=` with the street, city and ZIP. The reader then lands on their own county record. Include the ZIP: without it we find the house but not the county.
