In 2026, 80 homeowners in District 1 asked the Davidson County Assessor of Property for an informal review of their home's value. 27 of them (34%) got a lower value, with a typical reduction of 10.2%. Together they took $1.1 million off the appraised value of District 1 homes. An informal review is free, and you can file it yourself at padctn.org. The 2027 deadline is expected mid-April 2027.
