A Tennessee home shouldn't cost more than it has to.
We're a small Nashville company. We check the value the county puts on your home. When it's too high, we file an appeal to bring it down. You pay us nothing unless it drops.

Your tax bill should match your house
Tennessee doesn't tax your paycheck. So counties lean on property tax to pay for schools, roads and parks. We think everyone should pay their share of that. We also think nobody should pay more than their share.
Your share starts with one number, the value the county puts on your home. The county sets that value for every home at once, with a computer model. The model has never seen your kitchen. It doesn't know about the crack in the foundation or the busy road out back. When it guesses high, you pay tax on a more expensive house than the one you live in.
We live here too. We pay Nashville property tax, and in 2026 we appealed our own home the same way we appeal yours. A few of our neighbors hired us too.
Strong families make strong neighborhoods
Money a family keeps stays in the neighborhood. It gets spent at the hardware store and the taco truck down the street.

Higher prices also make a mistake cost more. Say the county overvalues a $600,000 home by 10%. That's $60,000 of value you pay tax on and don't have. In Nashville that costs you about $450 a year.
Pay your fair share. Keep the rest for your family.
Tennessee law gives you the right to appeal
Any Tennessee owner can ask the county to look at their value again. You don't need a lawyer, and you don't need us. The hard part is the evidence and the deadline. That's the part we do.
We file an informal review with the county assessor. If the assessor keeps your value, the next step is the county board. That is a new decision, and we make it with you.
Want to file it yourself? We'd still like to help.
In 2026, Davidson owners who filed their own appeal with three or more documents got a reduction 74% of the time. Our guides show you how to find those documents. They're free to read, and none of them ask for your email.
