If your page already knows the reader's address
Add ?address= with the street, city and ZIP. The reader then lands on their own county record and does not type the address again. Include the ZIP: without it we find the house but not the county.

The rules
- Say that we pay you. Keep the disclosure next to every link, post and email.
- On a website, add rel="sponsored" to the link. The code below already has it.
- Keep our numbers and our fee terms as they are written. You can change the other words.
- Do not say or suggest that Metro, the county or the Assessor's office endorses TN.tax.
- Do not send us lists of names or emails. People come through your link and give us their own details.
- Do not pay or reward anyone for signing up.
